Emily Kardt
Emily C. Kardt, a 2001 graduate of Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in English and a minor in Women’s Studies. She began her career in the legal field in New York City, where she worked as a Paralegal in an insolvency firm. There she assisted in business reorganizations and workouts, avoidance actions and claims litigation as well as transactional law. Upon relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada, she continued working in the legal field expanding her knowledge and experience to include practice areas such as Trust and Estate Litigation, Guardianships, Commercial and Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Professional and Product Liability, Appellate Law and Administrative Law.
Emily is currently legal assistant to Michael A. Olsen and Benjamin J. Comin.
